Julia Samsó

Júlia Samsó is partner at Pareja & Associats in charge of the Competition, Regulatory and EU Law practice area. Her practice focuses on Competition, Regulatory and EU Law. Prior to joining Pareja & Associats in 2021, she worked as in house lawyer in the International Competition and Regulatory legal department of the global telecoms player Orange and as a senior associate in the Brussels, London and Paris offices of the leading international law firm Latham & Watkins.

She also advises companies, start-ups, platforms and public bodies on regulatory matters in sectors such as the environment, telecommunications, energy, transport, urban mobility, property, audiovisual content rights and the digital economy, among others.

She has a degree in Law (2003) and a diploma in Land, Urban and Environmental Law (2004) from Pompeu Fabra University. Master´s in European Law at the College of Europe in Bruges, with a scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2005).
